Our Relax Tea at East is a simple, but powerful combination:  




Ginger –  Ginger has been known to reduce muscle pain & soreness.  It also has anti-inflammatory properties and improves digestion.  Often this is why it is used for nausea and for pregnancy.  Ginger also aids in stress relief and can help your body truly relax.


Peppermint – Peppermint is known to improve digestion.  It helps reduce anxiety as well. Peppermint is also known to reducue tension,  pain & inflammation.  Peppermint is often added to herbal blends because it assists the other ingredients by multiplying their affect.


Licorice Root - Known to accelerate healing of gastric ulcers and reducing abdominal pain, Licorice root is a natural sweetener, so give your tea a try before you add any sweetener.  You probably won't need any if licorice is in it.
