Karen Duggan, a mindfulness coach and business consultant has created a 10-week course to bring forth the benefits of mindfulness practices, which have been used for thousands of years, but now have more more than a decade of scientific study to prove its beneficial impact.
This course will provide actionable steps to achieving a more mindful approach to work (and life) in order to increase focus and improve results. Every person can reap the rewards of having a greater capacity to focus and manage their attention, regulate their emotions, access their compassion, and gain freedom from habitual thoughts.
This workshop includes 10 1 hour sessions and will meet at East Wellbeing & Tea located at 1238 Monterey Street, Suite 110 in San Luis Obispo.
Tuesdays April 19 - June 28* at 7:00 PM
Wednesdays April 20 - June 29* at 7:30 AM
*This class does not meet on June 7th or 8th, 2016.
COST: $585.00 per person
Includes: 10 1 Hour Workshop Sessions and
10 Mindfulness Classes at East Wellbeing & Tea.
Included in your registration is a 10 Class Mindfulness Pass for Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation classes at East Wellbeing & Tea valid for the duration of the workshop.

Karen is the Founder and CEO of The MindWorks Company, and is dedicated to improving teamwork, productivity and profits for clients.
