Upcoming Events

Join us Sunday, May 6th at 4pm for a unique and informative learning experience on how to holistically and gently detoxify your body during spring as well as an introduction to wellness basics with Sara Garofalo. Learn about the many herbs and foods that are involved in Ayurvedic medicine and how to integrate these herbs into home cooked meals! Enjoy a brief introduction of some basic yoga techniques that can further detoxify your body inside and out. The workshop will conclude with a ceremonial emotional cleanse to begin the journey of detoxification.

We will be giving away FREE samples of Bliss Cafe's signature soup as well as almond butter superfood bliss balls.

Join us Friday, May 4th from 6-9pm in creating a community mural at East Wellbeing & Tea. Our theme this year is "Water is Life", showcasing one of the most healing elements on earth. Help us create a story of what water means to you.

Local artist Abbey Onikoyi will be debuting some of his upcoming art exhibition "Womanity". His art depicts vibrant colors and the ability to express the abstract with surreal and romantic lyricism.

We honor the work of local nonprofit Transitions Mental Health Association, dedicated to eliminating stigma and promoting recovery and wellness for people with mental illness through support services. TMHA will have a booth outside of the spa to answer any questions about volunteering as well as accepting donations.

Our staff will be serving one of our signature teas to keep you warm and relaxed for the evening. Small bites from Bliss Cafe will be available to purchase. Free parking and admission!
